Purity

Savosil® aims to become the world´s standard when it comes to silica glass for LEDs and optical components. As partner of choice of these demanding technological fields, Evonik Cristal Materials Corporation manufactures Savosil® products with unbeatable purity. The products are manufactured in dedicated and specially designed facilities. The total level of contaminants such as heavy metals is inferior to 1ppm and the products are virtually inclusions free.

Reliability

One of the biggest challenges of the manufacturing of silica glass objects is to maintain the highest level in terms of precision and reliability. Savosil® is manufactured in site where quality comes first, that ensuring a precision of 0.5% or even higher precision in mass production. Our customers can count on us to meet their specifications and their deadlines.

Cooperation

If it is not possible to find a suitable solution among the products listed in our portfolio, we are more than prone to find together with the customer a custom solution. The solution could be a lenses array a module or a new CPV. Please feel free to submit to our technical centre the design of the object you are looking for and we will discuss the solution with you.
